Who we are
Cedar Mingle is operated by HydrOxygen Labs, LLC. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean HydrOxygen Labs, LLC, and the agreement is between you and HydrOxygen Labs, LLC.
Who can use Cedar Mingle
You must be at least 18 and have an active @cedarville.edu email address. One account per person. Cedar Mingle is independent and isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Cedarville University.
Your account and content
You're responsible for what you post and send. You keep ownership of your photos and words, and you give us permission to store and show them in the app so it can work. Don't post anything you don't have the right to share.
Behavior
Follow our safety guidelines. We can hide, suspend or close accounts that break them, and a person on our team reviews every ban.
Cedar+
Cedar+ is sold by HydrOxygen Labs, LLC. It costs $3.99 a month or $30 a year and renews until you cancel. Cancel any time from the Cedar+ page and you keep it until the end of the period you paid for. We don't give partial refunds for unused time unless the law requires it. Prices can change, and we'll tell you before a change affects your next renewal.
No guarantees
We work hard to keep fake and harmful accounts off the app, but we can't promise everyone is who they say they are or that you'll find a match. We don't run background checks. Use your judgment when talking to and meeting people. The app is provided as is, and to the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for how other users behave.
